Refund policy

We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. However, please note that all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Items are carefully inspected before they are shipped to ensure they meet quality standards. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will work with you to find a solution. We are not responsible for damage incurred to boxes or envelopes during the shipping process. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
